What We Do

We provide remote IT support for home users and small businesses across the UK. All sessions are delivered securely online — no need for a home visit.

Services include:

  • Windows & macOS troubleshooting
  • Android & iPhone support
  • Software setup, email issues, cloud help, and slow computer fixes
  • Hardware advice (but no hands-on repairs)
  • Ad-hoc home visits near Romford and neighbouring towns

Booking & Payment

  • All support sessions must be booked in advance via our website
  • Payment is made securely using Stripe and must be completed before your session begins

To get the best support, please make sure you have:

  • Your device connected to the internet
  • Backed up any important files just in case
  • Shared clear details about your issue when booking

What We Can't Guarantee

We'll always do our best, but some things are out of our control:

  • We're not liable for data loss, software bugs, or hardware faults during or after a session
  • Some problems may not be fixable remotely due to system limits or third-party software
  • We'll always be honest and tell you if something isn't fixable

  • Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed sessions are non-refundable
