What We Do

We provide remote IT support for home users and small businesses across the UK. All sessions are delivered securely online — no need for a home visit.

Services include:

  • → Windows & macOS troubleshooting
  • → Android & iPhone support
  • → Software setup, email issues, cloud help, and slow computer fixes
  • → Hardware advice (but no hands-on repairs)
  • → Ad-hoc home visits near Romford and neighbouring towns

Booking & Payment

  • → All support sessions must be booked in advance via our website
  • → Payment is made securely using Stripe and must be completed before your session begins

Before Your Session

To get the best support, please make sure you have:

  • → Your device connected to the internet
  • → Backed up any important files just in case
  • → Shared clear details about your issue when booking

What We Can't Guarantee

We'll always do our best, but some things are out of our control:
